CONFIRMATION

Dates of visit and property information will be emailed to you after your Initial Reservation Payment is processed. Carefully CHECK your confirmation for accuracy and call (507.6616.66.94) or email 4rentpanamavc@gmail.com immediately if any corrections are necessary; otherwise, it will be assumed correct.

INTERNATIONAL BANK TRANSFERS CAN ONLY BE MADE 30 DAYS OR MORE BEFORE ARRIVALS.
LOCAL BANK TRANSFERS CAN ONLY BE MADE 15 DAYS OR MORE BEFORE ARRIVALS.
Once you have made the bank transfer you must immediately inform us by sending us an e-mail with the bank transfer details or a scanned copy of the transfer.

Please remember that you are responsible for paying all transfer expenses and you must pay this amount in the check-in. Transfer expenses often depend on the amount to be transferred and usually have a minimum fee. For details consult your bank.


INITIAL RESERVATION PAYMENT

Initial Reservation Payment is 15% of base rent.

Initial Reservation Payment is payable via PAYPAL, MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express or Bank transfer at reservation time.

The Initial Reservation Payment is a portion of your rent and will be applied to your grand total; therefore, it will NOT be refunded following your departure.

Multiple Initial Reservation Payments are required for multiple-week reservations.

FEES

A $20 nonrefundable processing fee, to cover expenses associated with the initial reservation, is due at reservation time and applies to all reservations.

BREAKAGE OR DAMAGED DEPOSIT

Each apartment has an obligatory breakage or damage deposit that must be paid CASH of $200 or 10% whichever is higher on arrival. The amount will be returned, if no damage has been done, in CASH upon checkout.

FINAL PAYMENT

Final payment (balance due after Initial Reservation Payment has been paid) is required at arrival.
Only cash payment required at the check-in.
