I have just returned from Panama City with my 85 yr. old mother and 22 year old daughter. We stayed at this place which my mother described as " the most beautiful place I have ever stayed in my life"...and she has done a lot of traveling! All three of us were thrilled with the spotless and comfortable accomodations, the beautiful view, and the kind and thoughtful people of Panama City. We were within walking distance of several excellent restaurants and had easy access by cab to so many wonderful spots in Panama City. I highly recommend this site.

My wife and I stayed a week here in Grandbay 1704. Very positive experience. The condo has its own balcony, nice view. Top floor social area/pool/gym was much nicer than the Radisson Decapolis where we'd stayed last time. Our favorite theater on the planet is right next door -- VIP leather recliners and Bennigans delivers to your seat. Hard Rock, Multicentro Mall, Radisson, other places are quick walk. We cooked bkfst & lunch, dined out. Good cutlery, pots/pans, dishes, coffee maker, etc. Biggest negative we had was that we had to buy our own dish soap, laundry detergent, salt/pepper, coffee, etc. I think this set us back about $15 in total, so still much cheaper than the Radisson and comparable/better facility. Also, we rented a car and were pleasantly surprised to find we had a free garage parking included.

We stayed in 1006 for 4 days in March of 2010. Definitely as advertised. The owner was wonderful in providing guidance and support. Very clean and well equipped. We would definitely stay again- so much better than hotel living and if you just want that environment, it is only a block away for their bars, restaurants, etc...FYI, cabs should be willing to provide you with hourly rates of 8-10$ for multiple hrs, but make sure you set the price BEFORE you get in for any trip- no need to rent a car as Hertz SUCKS here and most cross city travel is only $2-3 US in the cab- also, bring small bills as it is a real whip in PC to break even $50s..Matthew & Jennifer

We stayed in a one bedroom 1.5 bath lxury cndo the 17th floor of the Bayfront Towers. The view was fantastic and the condo was emmaculate. On our arrival and during our stay the concierge stay was very helpful beyond expectation. We really enjoyed the location close to restaurants and the large Multi Centro shopping mall. My husband and I stayed in the 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit. We own several vacation properties and are very particular about the quality of our units. When we travel, we usually use vrbo. This was the finest unit we have stayed in. The location was great. The unit was very clean and included all high quality amenities. We were very impressed and truly enjoyed our stay. My wife and I just returned from Panama City after an 5-day stay. We stayed at the Bayfront Tower, floor 17. Azucena Lopez the owner/rental agent was very helpful, as was the concierge in the building. The view of Panama Bay with all the ships in the background was wonderful - nothing between you and the Pacific. As was the view of Balboa Avenue which runs along the bay. A very inviting place to run early in the morning. The online pictures of the accommodations is just exactly as it is. It's a great location. The Intercontinental - Miramar is a couple blocks one direction and a large shopping complex four blocks the other direction. Easy place to grab a taxi. Las Tinjas (a must do restaurant with its authentic dance show on certain nights of the week) is within a safe, well-lit walking distance. Give Ms. Lopez a call - you'll be glad you did. We were.

The two of us stayed for three nights in this unit and wish we had stayed much longer. It is a relatively new unit kept very clean with magnificent views of the city/waterfront. All three major rooms have windows that are from floor to ceiling which creates the feeling that one is on the balcony from anywhere in the unit. The building is secure and we felt comfortable walking anywhere during late hours of the evening. All in all, I would recommend this condo to anyone who places high value on quality, location, and the splendid views.

My wife and I spent five nights at this condo in Bayfront tower, Balboa Avenue, beginning November 19, 2009. It was exactly as it appears in the pictures with a great view of Panama Bay/Pacific Ocean, and the Balboa Avenue waterfront (a great place for running or strolling). Quite a bit of construction in the immediate area, but it was never loud or bothersome. The Intercontinental Miramar is a couple blocks away as is a Bennigans Restaurant and a Hard Rock Cafe and shopping center. Las Tinajas (a must do - great authentic Panamanian restaurant with an equally authentic hour-long dance performance following dinner on certain nights of the week) is within walking distance. Although taxis were abundant in the Bayfront Tower area. The concierge and other building staff were wonderful. Ms. Lopez (owner/rental agent) was great to deal with. This is a beautiful condo with phenomenal views and in a great location! We stayed there 3/15/09- 3/17/09 and felt right at home. It is beautifully furnished and the owner was a pleasure to deal with! I have been to Panama several times before and stayed in hotels, but this by far was better! I would recommend this to anyone who heads to Panama without a car because you can get anywhere from here so easily within walking distance or a short inexpensive cab ride. The owner sets up the condo with all kinds of little extras that make it way above the rest we've stayed at. The rooftop pool and workout room are great to have too! Much better than any hotel you'd ever stay in...excellent location, gorgeous views and the amenities are great. The apartment is very roomy and the walk in closet is a bonus You wont regret staying here francis.

My boyfriend and i stayed here last week 16/09/09 to 23/09/09 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. it has absolutely everything you could want. the views are gorgeous from the balcony and the bedroom is very spacious with a spacious walk in closet and en suite bathroom. the apartment is beautifully and tastefully furnished and every last detail has been thought of when putting it together. the location is brilliant too. very close to calle uruguay and right on balboa aveune. we plan on returning to panama city soon and will definately be booking this apartment again. many thanks for a wonderful stay.

This condo had all the conveniences of home. The view was outstanding. The pool and gym were an added bonus. As well, we could walk to the grocery store, banks and shopping. It was a pleasure to be in such a clean and well-kept apartment.

This condo is in a perfect location and has a perfect view! I would consider living or even buying this unit! We stayed there 3/15/09 through 3/17/09 and found it to have all the comforts of home. It is beautifully decorated with lots of extras. The view is phenomenal with gorgeous sunsets from all rooms. Rooftop pool and workout room were really nice. The concierge service was available for questions and the owner was great in helping us out with all our needs too. It was a great choice for us and we would definitely stay there again!

Location, location, location!! My wife and I stayed here for the week of 12/22 to 12/29 and were completely satisfied. The nicest restaraunts, markets, malls and night clubs are all just steps away from the lobby door. The furninshings are comfortable and up to date. The rooftop pool is an excellent place to get some sleep and work on your tan. The building staff and cleaning staff were all very pleasant and easy to work with. If you are looking for convenience and luxury I would definitely recommend this listing. We have zero regrets.

Hi there, I would like to say to those who are interested in going to Panama city, that I´ve never been treated so well, so kindly. The apartment was awesome!!! I give 10 on a scale of 1 to 10 for them. A+++++ Everything went perfectly as expected. Panama is a wonderful city, with beautiful and nice people. My wife and I, we are already making plans to come back next year. Panama is also an excellent city to go shopping. Pack your bags and GO!
